This notice explains how Bold Fit Coaching (online) handles the personal details you give us through this website.
Who is responsible
Bold Fit Coaching decides why and how your details are used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Bold Fit Coaching is the "data fiduciary". This website and our client tools are run for us by Trainaq, which processes your details only on our instructions and only to provide its service to us.
What we collect and why
- When you send an enquiry: your name and phone number, and your email, location, interest and message if you add them. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to help you start with us. The buttons for a plan or a trial session open this same form with your choice filled in.
- If you already train with us: you book and pay in the Trainaq app, which has its own privacy policy at trainaq.com/privacy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. We count page visits without storing your IP address or any identifier.
- To stop spam, the enquiry form runs a check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees technical details of your browser for that purpose only. We use your network address only to limit how many enquiries one network can send; we keep a one-way, keyed fingerprint of it, never the address itself, and delete it after 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it. If you become a client, our client terms in the Trainaq app explain how your details are kept.
Children
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the enquiry for you.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or raise a concern. To do this, email boldfit@gmail.com or call +918334054000. If you cannot reach us, write to Trainaq's Grievance Officer at biswa@trainaq.com and Trainaq will pass your request to us. We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this notice, the new version will appear on this page with its date.
